Description & Mission
|
Polish Association of Transport Telematics is a gathering, which founders deriving from
various environments such like: colleges, research institutes, self-government offices, national and private companies of transport business, put themselves for target, through activity in Association, propagating transport telematics and its applications into possible diverse circles of recipients in order that idea of safety improvement, functionality of passenger’s travelling as well as cargo transportation, was widely recognized and appreciated as the best way of local and national development.
Among the aims of Association could be listed:
•popularization of science and technique achievements in scope of ITS,
•popularization the authors of these fields,
•promoting science and technique,
•building forum of the information exchange,
which will be realise by:
•supporting scientific-technical creativity,
•cooperation with other organizations and scientific-technical associations in country and
abroad, which above all acting in favour of intelligent transport,
•cooperation with government and self-government bodies in scope of interesting the Association,
•conducting trainings activity,
•organizing scientific conferences and technical consultations,
•conducting publishing activity.
