ITS France has published a 66-page report in French, entitled “PROPOSITIONS POUR FEDERER LES STRATEGIES DE DEPLOIEMENT DES ITS EN France : Une nouvelle étape pour répondre aux enjeux sociétaux" (Proposals for Enhancing Cooperation for ITS Deployment in France: A New Step Towards Answering Society Challenges)

The report looks at seven key subjects, including a brief historic overview of ITS in France, in Europe and the rest of the world, the conditions for ITS market expansion and cooperative project proposals. It was written by Georges Dobias, 1998-2004 Chairman of ATEC-ITS France and currently Honourary President, and advised by François Baret, an ITS expert in telecoms.
