ITS United Kingdom signs four MoUs at the ITS World Congress

ITS United Kingdom, the Intelligent Transport Systems society for the UK, took the opportunity of the ITS World Congress in Stockholm, 21-25 September, to formalise its relationships with four fellow ITS associations through Memoranda of Understanding. 

Mike Schofield, Chairman of ITS United Kingdom, signed an MoU with Amitabh Bajpai, CEO of ITS India.
With India one of the world’s most important emerging ITS market, both Mike and Amitabh are keen to make the MoU an active document, initially by ITS United Kingdom sending a delegation to India in early December.

Mike also signed an MoU with Scott Belcher, President and CEO of ITS America.  Richard Harris, International Director of ITS United Kingdom signed an MoU with Won Cheol Park, Secretary General CEO of ITS Korea. The MoU with ITS Korea will be an important asset to ITS United Kingdom’s planning for its participation in the 2010 ITS World Congress in Busan.

Richard also signed an MoU with Sing Mong Kee, President of ITS Singapore.
